about me
Based in Berlin - focused on technology and digital products
I’m a seasoned leader in product management and design. You will always find me advocating for the importance of excellent user experience and actively supporting UI/UX teams as they grow and mature. I also share my expertise as a mentor at CareerFoundry, supporting newcomers as they build their foundation in design.
I’m at my best when tackling complex challenges. I often feel like a blend of detective and artist—using data to uncover the most effective ways to craft user experiences that serve both business goals and user needs.
Over the years, I’ve helped organizations build efficient design and research teams, establish conversion optimization programs, and launch complex international projects.
Currently, I lead the Product Design & Research team at Flaconi, one of Europe’s largest online beauty retailers.

My approach
Listening to customers.
No one will tell you better than your customers, what's actually great or terrible about your product. You should spend a good amount of time talking to them. There ins't better product steering than that.
Creating common goals.
You will find me speaking the last, making sure our teams align in a common goal and meetings produce real agreements. Finding compromises is not for me just a word, but a way of working and achieve project milestones.
Generating impact.
Generating measurable impact is an aspect design can't afford to loose on sight an it's become really straight forward with the right tools. Good design, not only makes your product intuitive and easy to use, but also improves its performance.
