No one will tell you better than your users, what's actually great or terrible about your product. Following the mantra "Good Design is invisible", if you are doing it right, you should spend good time capturing, categorising and analysing your negative customer feedback.
There ins't better product steering than that.

A/B Tasty, Optimizely, Kamaleon . . . It doesn't really matter which tool you go for as soon as you do it right. Companies that don't test their features and itinerate their solutions are doom to waste time and resources.
